Over the last twenty-four years, Archeion Nevada has completed projects in many states including: California, Nevada, Arizona, and North Dakota. Archeion's principal, Ruben Burrola, is currently licensed to practice architecture in all four of these states.

INTERIORS
Archeion Nevada has vast experience doing tenant improvements for clients in the commercial field. We are in constant communication with our clients in order to effectively redesign existing spaces to serve a new purpose.
It is not uncommon to come across a tenant improvement in which the existing building or site do not meet current building codes. As a result, we also work closely with building officials to ensure that the finalized set of drawings meet today's standards.
Our experience with tenant improvements lies in hospitality, office, industrial/manufacturing, and restauraunt work. By fulfilling our clients' needs and oftentimes exceeding expectations, repeat clientele has become our best marketing point.
LAND PLANNING
At times, master planning becomes part of the initial study of a new project and requires that we take into consideration how a project will function beyond its own parameters and interact with its surroundings.
Through years of experience the staff at Archeion Nevada has become skilled in designing master plans. We have worked on various master plans from a 50-acre community in the hills of Yorba Linda to a 70-acre business park center in Lake Forest.

The staff at Archeion Nevada is committed to working closely with our clients from the very first stages of design up until the final drawings are completed in order to accurately meet their design goals.
Oftentimes, we design considering not only the present requirements of our clients, but also anticipating future concerns. By strategically approaching the design process, we allow room for growth; should our clients' needs change in the future.
We have applied this work philosophy in our extensive experience working in the hospitality, commercial, office and industrial/manufacturing fields. This has allowed us to grow our client list as well as maintain a high retention rate with repeat clients.
RICK HUNNEL
PROJECT MANAGER
Rick Hunnel attended Santa Ana College where he received an Associate of Arts in Architectural Technology.
During his time with Archeion and several prior firms, Mr. Hunnel participated in the development and delivery process of many project types including institutional/educational, commercial, tenant improvement, and custom residential.
Mr. Hunnel’s current position requires that he interface with clients, develop design solutions, and ensure that the production team, including consulting engineers, complete construction drawings, technical specifications, and other tasks in compliance with the project schedule.
Working with the firm principal and a project delivery team, he ensures that projects are moved from the preliminary design stage through governmental agency plan check to construction completion to the client's satisfaction.

ALEXANDER HUTCHINGS
PROJECT MANAGER
Alexander Hutchings taught himself much of AutoCAD and ArchiCAD, figuring out the Architectural industry and how to draw architectural plans on his own, along with an added bonus of the ability to create and present detailed 3D models.
After thoroughly learning these programs along with the California Building Codes and spending almost every day looking at houses to get ideas of what people like in design, he quickly acquired a job working for a private contractor. Part of this job included negotiating home prices with Real Estate agents to obtain new projects to design.
Somewhere along the line, he began freelancing his design work where he had to carefully listen to customers' requirements for cost, spacial, and aesthetic values of each project. As of today, he has a total of zero dissatisfied customers.
After 5 years of working for the same company, Alex was offered a position to work with the great people at Archeion Nevada and enjoys every minute of it.
RUBEN BURROLA, AIA
PRINCIPAL
Ruben Burrola attended the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. He also attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where he worked on his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Mr. Burrola is a registered architect in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. Through his certificate with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, he is able to obtain a license from all states in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Mr. Burrola is proficient in AutoCAD and specializes in design and construction documents for various building types including: hospitality, commercial, office, and industrial.
Mr. Burrola has been practicing architecture for over 30 years and has received a vast amount of experience working for major architectural firms before founding Archeion Nevada.
